WHO DO WE DELIVER TO ?
We currently ship to worldwide. All customers must be able to provide a valid shipping address and resident to where the parcel is to be sent to. A full breakdown of the shipping details, which include the full total amount, will be given to you at the checkout before the order is confirmed. Customers hold the right to leave the order stage at this time before the order goes through. At present our delivery charges are determined on the weight of the entire parcel (not per item)
DELIVERY TIME
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time, most orders are delivered within approximately 3–7 business days (unless stated otherwise) from the dispatch date. Please allow at least 48 hours for processing, picking, and packing before your order is shipped.
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
We partner with trusted courier companies including FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express to ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders. Some couriers may provide specific time slots or delivery updates on the morning of dispatch.
Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (and up to 7:00 PM with certain couriers).
