Do You Accept Returns?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date for eligible items.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Products shipped with a security tag must have it attached and intact to qualify for a refund.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@designerworldstore.com within 48 hours of delivery.


How to Return Your Order

  1. Log into your account and click on the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Select the items to return and click “Return Checked Items.”

  3. Ensure all items have original tags and packaging.

  4. Place items securely in shipment packaging and attach the provided return label.

Once received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Refund Processing Time

  • Returns typically take up to 14 business days to be received and processed.

  • Refunds to credit or debit cards may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your statement (up to 30 days for international cards).


Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to replace an item, please return your original order and place a new one through our website.
