WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
While we cannot provide an exact delivery date or time, most parcels are delivered within approximately 10–30 business days (unless stated otherwise) from the dispatch date.
Please allow at least 48 hours for order processing, picking, and packing before dispatch. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
We work with trusted courier companies including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Some couriers may offer delivery time slots or tracking updates on the morning of dispatch.
Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (and up to 7:00 PM with certain couriers).
